Default Wii Fit?

Hi, Have any of you tried the Wii Fit ? I'm thinking of getting one for my mom.I saw a show where nursing homes are using them for the elderly so i thought it might help her out.But wondering if it is worth the money and what it comes with because my younger family members..youngest is four..would want to use it too
any feedback appreciated

I am thinking of getting one for my kids. My youngest is 7 and she has played it at a friends house. She loves the bowling! I think they are suppose to be great for all ages.

My 7 year old is always playing the Wii and it is alot better than her sitting at a console. With the Wii she is never sat down!!

I dont actually have the Wii Fit though, but I think it is good for all ages.

Wii Fit is a solid purchase. It's no cure-all for lack of real exercise, of course, but pretty awesome concept for a game imo.

I think these are great and any way to get the kids up exercising is a big plus in my eyes.

i tried it at a rib-fest we had up here a few weeks ago (ya i know it seems like a weird thing to be at a rib-fest) but it really is fun. i could see how you could gain strength form it, and it seems perfect for the older generations. all in all i can say with certainty that i want one
